As part of our food drive during the month of Ramadan, food was distributed to those in need in Jalalabad. Food packages included rice, flour, sugar, spaghetti, and cooking oil.

  In addition to serving food for iftar to the students of Khushan Khan High School, the Bayat Foundation also repaired the school’s sports structures and provided them with a modernized water filtration system. It is our hope that with these improvements, the students will have better health and improve their athleticism and teamwork.

In order to promote athleticism, discipline, and pride, the Bayat Foundation supports sporting events such as Taekwondo tournaments for young Afghan children. Events like these are a chance to celebrate the hard work these children do, and can encourage a young generation of Afghans to continue to pursue their dreams.

As part of our Ramadan food drive for 2013, the Bayat Foundation distributed food to those in need in the Char Qala e Card area of Kabul.
