The Bayat Foundation renovated the outdoor entranceway and provided desks to the Chill Dokhtaran Girls School in the Dasht-e-Barchi neighborhood of Kabul. Prior to the entrance being graveled, it was often dangerous for students to walk to school, especially on rainy days when the muddy grounds became very slippery and dangerous. Now, girls can walk safely to classes.
One hundred sets of double-seating desks were donated for classrooms, as well as, desks for school administrators along with notebooks, hats, and pens.
